Project Coordination
• Assist in project planning, execution, and closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones
are achieved.
• Maintain project documentation and update project tracking tools.
Communication Skills
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to regular status meetings and report on progress.
Resource Management
• Participate in resource allocation and management.
• Assist in developing project budgets and timelines.
Client Management
• Support in managing client relationship.
• Participate in client meetings and understand their requirements.
Risk Management
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Collaborate with senior project managers to develop risk mitigation
strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Informatics or related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, fresh university graduates in
2024 with related coursework experience are welcomed to apply.
• Good familiarity with project management methodologies and best
practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to converse professionally in both English and Mandarin Chinese
with business counterparts.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders
