Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collate meal orders from both nursing homes
- Collate feedback, record and ensure closure to all feedback pertaining to the F&B service
- Ordering of raw materials for the central kitchen according to the operational requirements and to handle donation-in-kind on behalf of the kitchen
- Liaise with HR on the mandatory refresher food hygiene courses or other courses which are beneficial for the kitchen team to attend
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Ensure all documentations required for licensing is properly prepared, updated and filed
- Maintain updated records of all kitchen equipment and their dues for servicing
- Assist in stock-taking, compile and record monthly inventory of food items and kitchen equipment
- File and track the expiry date of food hygiene certs for the kitchen team
- Roster and monitor the utilisation of Annual Leave (AL), PH Off-in-lieu (PH-OIL) and Birthday Leave (BL) where leave is subjected to approval by Executive – Kitchen Operations
- Provide administrative support to the Executive – Kitchen Operations and the kitchen team
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Executive – Kitchen Operations and the Head of Centre
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ levels
- English Proficiency Level required – able to speak, understand and write English fairly
- Preferably with admin experience
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations
- IT Savvy
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
