Key Responsibilities:
· To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures
· To ensure that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances detected during audits, internal rejects, supplier rejects & customer complaints
· Writing or amending quality / HSE Operating Procedures & Work Instructions as required
· Writing Quality Control plans & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as per contractual requirements, APIand licensors’ requirements
· To update and maintain all the technical specification, quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and documents
· To review and approve required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for production or customer
· To review and approve process routers prior to releasing for production
· To prepare, review & approve Quality Documentations such as drawings, first piece, in-process & final inspection reports prior to product release to customers
· To prepare monthly quality & HSE non-conformance analysis and KPI report
· To champion & attend to customer, API, connection licensor audit and conformance
· To conduct process audit and internal quality scheduled/unscheduled audit
· To conduct audit, process inspection on sub-contract suppliers and maintenance of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
· Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
· Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
· To participate in scheduled/unscheduled safety walks & liaison all HSE matters with safety officer till completion
· Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements
· To actively champion, participate & prepare all documentations on all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
· In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out all additional duties as & when directed & required by QHSE manager

Qualifications:
· Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification (essential)
· Diploma in Quality / Mechanical engineering or equivalent (desirable)
· Good PC skills (essential)
Experience:
· Min 3 years related experience within OCTG production environment (desirable)
Additional Info requires: -
1) Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) such as API Q1 & ISO 9001:2015
2) Some background / experience with production & inspection process such as machining process & dimension inspection after machining process.
