Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their project
- Review the scope of work to ensure that it is consistent with the client’s expectations
- Manage the budget and resources throughout the project to ensure that they are used efficiently
- Meet regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project
- Work with IT professionals to install new software or hardware as needed
- Provide technical support to users during the implementation process to ensure that they understand how to use the new system
- Design the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that materials are available for use in the project
- Manage the resources of the team to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible with working hours.
