Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle patients in basic treatments
- Educate patients on the disease progress, can draw blood
- Encourage self-management
- Identify at-risk patients
- Perform some outcome management and tracking of data.
- 3 - 4 days days a week (part time commitment)
