Our client is one of the leading SaaS solutions providers with HQ in the US and listed on Nasdaq. They are growing steadily in Singapore. As part of the expansion plan, they are hiring a forward-looking dynamic presales consultant to be part of the growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate product offerings remotely and on-site, aligning with customer objectives.
- Guide prospective customers through evaluation and selection processes, building tailored Proof of Concept environments.
- Contribute to proposal writing for RFIs/RFPs, showcasing solutions and attractive returns on investment.
- Serve as a customer advocate, liaising with product management and development teams.
- Assist the sales team in understanding customer objectives, and aligning Microsoft and company technologies.
- Build relationships with key customer advocates, drive solution adoption, and support Partners and Marketing teams in field activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Technology, Engineering or other related disciplines; with over 3 years of experience in solution design and implementation for Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
- Proficient in Microsoft Cloud offerings such as Office 365, Dynamics 365 & Azure with a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, components, and configurations.
- Hands-on expertise in SharePoint, including plugins, workflows, and solutions; programming skills in .NET, C#, and JavaScript; adept at building PowerShell scripts for task automation.
- Experienced in ITPro topics: server/software installation, configuration, and administration (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint); working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP technologies is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of server and cloud offerings in the tech industry.
