Job Description
- To visit newly admitted patients and to ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient’s well-beings/ address requests/ potential feedbacks/ complaints
- To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedback/ complaints that are addressed
- Redirect patients based on mitigating routes during different phases of renovation/ lift prioritization based on an emergency matrix
- Escalate crucial issues to Service Executive if beyond scope for service recovery
- Report and track patients whom service recovery has been provided to
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with handling customers face to face
- Comfortable to stand and walk for long hours on the job
- Able to start work immediately or within a short period
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
