Job Description:
- Payroll and payment support (keying information into Bank System)
- Support Staff Claim (gathering information from staffs regarding expenses and arrange payment from Bank System)
- Issuing Invoice for clients
- Prepare Letter of Engagement with clients
- HR support (reviewing resume CV from candidate and arrange interview, and prepare Letter of Appointment)
- Support Searches (obtaining company information from ACRA etc)
- Support booking for restaurants, meetings, gatherings or flights
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
- Basic PC skill is required (Especially for MS Excel)
- Work experience as back office support
- Advanced level of English to communicate with both local coworkers and clients
- Business level of Japanese to read and write Japanese e-mails & documents and also communicate with Japanese clients and partners
- Attentive and willing to do office works.
- Cooperative with other members and hospitality for customer supports
- Willing to work in the company for long term
