Position: BPO Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient BPO Support Administrator to assist our Business Process Outsourcing Specialist in daily operational tasks and client-related activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the BPO Specialist.
  • Manage schedules and appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

2. Client Communication Assistance:

  • Assist in handling client communications, including emails and occasional phone calls.
  • Coordinate with clients for scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client contact lists and databases.

3. Data Management and Processing:

  • Assist in data entry and processing tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data handled.
  • Support in compiling data for reports and analysis.

4. Document and Contract Management:

  • Assist in managing and filing contracts and important documents.
  • Help ensure all documents are up to date and readily accessible.

5. Meeting Coordination and Support:

  • Arrange and prepare for meetings, including setting up virtual meeting platforms.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them as required.

6. General Office Duties:

  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a BPO or similar setting.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

· Experience of Freshdesk a plus.

· Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
