Responsibilities
- Boosting sales revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets
- Handle customer’s queries, feedbacks/complaints professionally
- Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features/ benefits of treatments, services and products
- Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
- Constantly educate customers on the necessity and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
- Build rapport with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair & scalp enquiries
- Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
- Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system
- Conduct regular stock-take, responsible for healthy stock level in store and stock ordering
- Assist in display of merchandise, ensuring branding alignment and standards are maintained
- Assist in other areas where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Certificate in any discipline
- Experience and competent in sales with minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual) to liase with English and Chinese speaking customers
- Sensitive to customers’ needs and attention to details
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Be self-motivated; high stress tolerance
- Good team player, service oriented and proactive
- Willing to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
