Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leaves
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting interviews
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
  • Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices
  • Facilitate employee onboarding including conduct orientation sessions and off boarding

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Payroll or HR Executive with a strong understanding of payroll processes
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges
