Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leaves
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting interviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
- Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices
- Facilitate employee onboarding including conduct orientation sessions and off boarding
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Payroll or HR Executive with a strong understanding of payroll processes
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges
