Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and engage with new clients, showcasing Hyperautomation solutions and understanding their unique business needs.
• Partnership Building: Collaborate with strategic partners and alliances to expand the reach and impact of offerings.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, draft proposals, and work towards successful contract closure.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in regional business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or automation industry.
• Strong understanding of Hyperautomation, RPA, AI, and ML technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
