Responsibilities:
- Preparation and production of building mechanical & electrical services tender and authorty submission drawings.
- Maintain and improving of office drafting standards, standard symbols and libraries, legend, etc
- Assist Engineers in design works.
- Monitoring and tracking of project drawing production schedule and schedule dates.
Requirements:
- Recognised ITC/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services from reputable ITE/Polytechnic with relevant experience in the building industry
- Conversant with Singapore building services Codes, Regulations and requirements is compulsory.
- Conversant with international codes would be an advantage.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Autocad softwares.
- Conversant with Revit software will be an advantage.
