As a Service Coordinator, you'll troubleshoot client issues, schedule project manpower, and track project completion. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of services.
Job Description:
1. Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients for remote troubleshooting, providing advice on servicing and maintenance issues.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client communication to enhance satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
2. Manpower Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling service technicians, ensuring proper allocation of resources for timely project completion.
- Coordinate with the Plumber, Main-contractor, or Consultant as required for seamless execution.
3. Document Management:
- Assist in document submissions and control to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure that all drawings and correspondences are accurately documented for future reference and auditing purposes.
4. Tracking and Follow-up:
- Implement a robust tracking system for service and maintenance cases to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to address any outstanding issues and keep all parties informed.
5. Project Schedule Review:
- Review project schedules to align service activities with overall project timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to relevant authorities for approvals.
6. Collaboration with Engineers:
- Work closely with engineers during various project phases, providing necessary support and coordination.
- Facilitate effective communication between service teams and engineering departments.
7. Ad-hoc Duties:
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by management, contributing to the overall success of the project and team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients
- Lots of initiative and excellent organizational skills
- Must possess integrity and drive
- Good team leading skills
- Ability to make good decisions
- Preferred, At least Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
