Responsible for the operational management of bikes by the city operations team, accountable for key metrics such as the effective operation of bikes and the activation of bikes.
Establish and enhance efficient partnerships, including with transportation management companies and government departments. Improve and achieve various business goals set by the company.
Build and improve an efficient work system and process methodology, follow through with implementation and continuous optimization, ensuring the highest level of product experience and business efficiency.
Manage the city operations team, effectively motivate and enhance team efficiency and outcomes, continuously improve and optimize the team's business and organizational capabilities.Job Requirements:
Possess mature team management skills with at least 3 years of team management experience, managing teams of no less than 10 people.
Have a strong awareness of data and logical thinking, able to dissect complex issues and focus on key problems.
Possess a strong sense of goal orientation and responsibility, capable of leading business and teams to breakthroughs in larger business scenarios, and consistently addressing challenges.
Have excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to effectively integrate various resources to promote business development.
Possess the ability to recruit and nurture talent, continuously identify and discover outstanding individuals both internally and externally.
