Job Description
- Manage daily cash transactions, including time deposits, and maintain the cash register
- Efficiently process payments, receipts, and handle refunds as required
- Prepare and verify daily bank advices, ensuring alignment with cash transactions, and reconcile any discrepancies
- Support the Accountant with ledger entries and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep the GST register updated to facilitate seamless GST filing when receiving invoices
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to create purchase orders (PO) when needed
- Regularly maintain and update monthly exchange rates
- Support external audits and tax reviews as required
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
- Experience in handling cash transactions and basic bookeeping
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
