This position reports to the Director. You will be responsible to assist clients and customers regarding the progress of software development, help organizations manage the project with our programmers.
In addition, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. As you may meet up with customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.
The operational procedures and techniques of organizations must be of the best possible quality and the Project Manager must assist companies with required resources so as to meet the project timelines within the organizational structure.
1. Monitor each projects and ensure all staffs are working to their best standards and aligned with the job delegated to them. Assist in operational works such as creation of business plans and marketing efforts that customers can use to improve business and productivity
2. Ensure all plannings and progress of projects are done within the stipulated time. Monitor progress and make sure it is done in consideration of customer's requirements and needs.
3. Liaise with customers and understand what the objectives are and what results they would like to achieve. Negotiate on terms and conditions when necessary.
4. Arrange timeslots, equipment and venues, prepare set up of Demo. Ensure that all software demo onsite and offsite are in place and in order, all manpower and materials are ready.
'Diploma or degree in Business, information technology or related disciplines
1.. Minimum 2 years of working experience in management consulting.
2. Able to work independently and manage project and client expectations
3.. Able to communicate effectively and interact with clients
4.. Possess adequate know-how, competence, and professional and ethical conduct to provide consultancy service. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time
