Job description
- Perform reception duties including registration, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients
- Assist doctors and nurses in clinic
- Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the Clinic
- Provide patient centric experience
- Provision clinical decisions’ by providing communication with patients and their family members.
- Ensure that feedback (if any), to be attend to promptly.
- Comply with MOH, CPF medical schemes, and private health insurer guidelines for financial counseling.
Requirements
- Competent with Microsoft office including Vlookup
- Able to write well in English
- Passionate in healthcare and patient service work
- Willing to travel to different branches
- Work from mon to fri, sat half day
- Remuneration to commensurate with experiences
