POSITION SUMMARY
As a Supply Chain Executive, your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for day-to-day operational support for the Laboratory, Production, and Quality departments.
- Oversee functional areas, including but not limited to, Logistics, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Housekeeping, and general facility support.
- Maintain operational procedures to ensure compliance with current regulatory, cGMP, and safety requirements.
- Establish a network of suppliers and oversee partnerships to ensure supply chain efficiency, including oversight of material logistics (inbound/outbound operations, housekeeping, and storage).
- Coordinate demand forecasts with teams such as the clinical team, operations team, and business development team. Take responsibility for inventory management to optimize functional costs.
- Ensure compliance with country Import/Export requirements, including regulatory aspects such as import licenses, reporting requirements, etc.
- Lead or participate in projects related to Supply Chain and/or Operations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a Bio-Lifescience environment, candidate with MNC, Large Organizations or GMP experience will have an advantage.
- Applicant must be familiar with supply management and vendor management of Capital Equipment, Services and Consumables.
- Working understanding of Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain and related functions.
- Experience in starting-up (eg. individual) and building up to a defined team.
- Involvement in setting up New Site and/or Project Management will be an added advantage. Position and Title will be accorded per work and/or industry experience of the candidate.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Degree in a relevant Science field or Equivalent with significant years of relevant industrial experience
