As a HR Executive in Human Resources, you will work with a group of experienced colleagues. The HR department manages all facets of professional HR responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, Administration and Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process for new employees which includes placing advertisements, arranging interviews, making offers and preparing employment contracts
- Conduct the orientation for new employees
- Coordinates with recruitment agencies, schools and job portals with regards to job requirements and hiring
- Handle application of all types of work passes
- Handle new hires onboarding
- Handle leave administration
- Ensure proper documentation in employee’s p-file
- Assist in updating of various reports
- Assist with drafting of internal memo and letters
- Participate in organising of company activities
- Handle office administration and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- Able to communicate well across all levels
