- Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
- Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
- Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
- Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
- Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
- Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
- Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
- Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
- Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
- Service oriented and good communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
- 4-days work week (Total working hours is 44 hours in a week)
