Roles & Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Communications
- Plan and execute Principal brands’ marketing plan & its execution of marketing deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives on time
- Support sellers with their marketing programs and aligned with our marketing objectives
- Maintain media relations, partnerships and sponsorship/sampling programs
- Drive social media influencers program through the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Create social media calendars and manage the social media sites independently.
- Prepares data for Principal brands sales and marketing reporting monthly.
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned
Events Participation
- Participate in Expo sales (5 times yearly)
- Prepares collaterals and booth counters-related visuals.
Behavioral Competencies
- Familiar with marketing concepts and tactics to prepare marketing plans and deliverables
- Able to develop and design marketing collaterals based on the retailer’s needs.
- Digital savvy and accustomed to social media lingo, developments and platform usage.
- Resourceful and able to get the best returns in terms of costings and mileage for our brands.
- Competent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office and desktop publishing software (e.g Adobe Photoshop)
- Able to stand on sales floor to sell the given brands/products and in return gather consumer insights to generate marketing-related materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office and desktop publishing software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign) is a must.
