At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for Primary and Secondary school students in Singapore.
The English enrichment centre was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.
From just 12 students and 1 branch in Lorong Ah Soo, Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 8 physical branches,1 online arm in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
Office Administrative Matters
- Collate staff or director’s expense claims;
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed;
- Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing;
- Any other duties assigned, etc
- Conduct market research activities
- Collate and/or compile reports;
- Design simple collaterals with templates given
- Assist with any organisation or government claims, applications
Administration / secretarial support to the organisation
- Ensuring a smooth workflow in the office;
- Ordering of pantry items and stationery or related supplies
- Checking of real estate inventory for Write Edge expansion
- Communicating and liaising within the company and with outside parties;
- Handling of all correspondences;
- Handling of confidential matters/documents;
- Assist to set up new offices or centres
- Arrange courier or moving services whenever required
- Provide assistance to team to maintain meticulous records in Google drive
- Offer support to the leadership team with regards to administrative tasks when required
Administration / secretarial support to Director:
- Assist with screening of resumes of roles interviewed by Director
- Assist with preparation of Appraisal, processes or any projects helmed by director
- Scheduling of meetings, appointments and ad hoc arrangements;
- Taking meeting minutes;
- Organise and schedule internal / external meetings and company townhalls, events;
- Procurement of company-related collaterals and inventory
Skills Required:
- At least Diploma & above or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy (i.e. able to use or able to quickly learn learn how to operate various applications such as Zoom, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Workspace)
