Job Summary:
The Engineer/Senior Engineer (Information Security) ensures the integrity of information systems by conducting security analyses, developing and maintaining corporate security policies, collaborating on vulnerability assessments, executing awareness training programs, investigating incidents, and working towards international accreditations, demonstrating expertise in information security, risk management, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Analyze IT activities to ensure proper security measures are in place and enforced.
- Develop and maintain corporate security policies, remediate identified risks, and implement security measures to safeguard information systems.
- Collaborate with the in-house vulnerability assessment team to identify weaknesses, risks, and protection requirements.
- Execute information security and risk management awareness training programs.
- Investigate corporate incidents related to information security, identify threats and impact, and plan remediation.
- Collaborate with relevant units to achieve/maintain international accreditations such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, CREST, and SOC2.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security/Cyber Security/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- CISA/CISM/CISSP or similar certifications are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of enterprise information security and information risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills for risk identification and recommending treatments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
