- Local SME Food & Beverage Company looking for ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts and proficient in various Accounting software.
- Checking and reviewing receipts, all payment and accruals of expenses to ensure completeness and adequacy of provision is done.
- Managing and oversee day to day flow transactions and approve payment to vendors and customers.
- Verifying the petty cash claims and payments.
- Keying payroll entries and prepare payroll reports to auditors.
- Verifying transaction before posting into accounting system.
- Ensure accuracy of billing of invoices.
- Preparing audit scheduling and answering queries for corporate and local audit.
- Preparing and submitting quarterly GST returns.
- Preparing fixed assets, Prepayment, Depreciation and Right of use (ROU) schedule.
- Other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in an internal accounting environment with minimum Diploma education.
- Strong written and oral in English & Mandarin communication skills.
- Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles.
- Good in Excel (Pivot Table, including Vlookup).
- Able to start work immediately.
