Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process Sales order
- Prepare Invoices, delivery orders and other related documents for delivery
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Handle inward shipment
- Handle mobile device for Van Sales
- General file keeping
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirement
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Able to work independently
- Immediate
