Responsibilities :
- Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
- Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims.
- Process payments.
- Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
- Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
- Perform month end financial closing.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Maintain accounting files and records.
- Support in financial audits
- Handle HR and general administrative duties
- Job rotation
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
