Responsibilities :

  1. Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
  2. Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims.
  3. Process payments.
  4. Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
  5. Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
  6. Perform month end financial closing.
  7. Prepare monthly reports.
  8. Prepare and submit GST returns.
  9. Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
  10. Maintain accounting files and records.
  11. Support in financial audits
  12. Handle HR and general administrative duties
  13. Job rotation
  14. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
  2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
  5. Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
  6. Able to work under tight deadlines.
