· Position : Sales Executive - HVAC Systems (Training Provided) Location : Vertex Ubi (Ubi MRT - Blue Line)
· Working hours : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
· Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Insurance + Travel Claims (If Travel Outside)

Main Responsibilities:
· To manage the existing customer base and develop new customers. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Meeting with customers alongside managers, supporting sales managers and operations managers, handling sales inquiries, and preparing catalogues.
· Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required.
· Solve customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
· Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Commercial sales experience
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
