Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Porsche Consultant within the Sales and Customer Excitement team.
- Conduct customer consultation along the sales process with special focus on the vehicle configuration, offer creation, financial consultation, contract closure and upselling
- Execute a unique purchase and ownership experience by offering seamless and consistent customer care over the entire life cycle, as well as to assess potential for re-purchase or purchase of additional products and services
- Act as the trusted consultant and advisor and be the subject matter expert for the Porsche brand, history, products, services and technologies within the Customer Excitement team while collaborating with other job roles to achieve team-based sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Optimize the Sales Funnel and update customer data in CRM@Porsche (C@P), in collaboration with the Porsche Pros
- Take charge of the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors including the emotional engagement to create excitement and build trust within the Customer Excitement team
- At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury / Tech sector
- A team player with excellent communication skills who supports and guide colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office
- Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings and weekends
