About the Job
We’re looking for a Marketing & Design executive to help us share our story of a new pottery studio with local customers and pottery enthusiasts around the world. You will be directly involved in transforming briefs into beautiful visuals that educate and reflect the passion and hard work behind every single pottery lifestyle item we make. You should possess a flair for storytelling, a talent for communicating and presenting your ideas, a strong passion for your work, and the courage to push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing & packaging materials and engage in design work as required
- Work according to client briefs for artwork creations
- Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
- Build up the asset library through product photography, graphic illustrations and digital imaging
- Develop relevant and engaging content for online marketing activities
- Ensure design specifications are production-ready
- Support administration of online and offline marketing and sales activities
- Other tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Meticulous and keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and are able to multi-task and handle several concurrent projects
- Good communication, written and presentation ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom is a must. Other creative tools like InDesign is a plus
- Skilled in photography is a must. Videography is a plus
- Knowledge of print production, colours codes, formats, etc
- Ability to convey client's message in line with brand’s guidelines through original design
- Comfortable with dynamic start-up and highly hands-on culture
- Confident, performance driven, energetic and self-motivated
- Willingness to perform hands-on operational activities as needed
