Project Manager (Digitalisation)/MAX $4500

1. Contract Period: 12 months
2. Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (0800- 1730 hrs) and Fri (0800-1700hrs)
3. Working Location: Depot Road
4. Salary: $4,000 to $ 4,500 (depending on experiences)

Responsibilities:

• To manage contract and coordinate works related to digitisation of hardcopy documents in preparation for physical relocation
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor to ensure that hardcopy documents to be digitised are properly prepared and accounted for.
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor on the quality check and handover of digitised images.
• To monitor progress of digitisation efforts of awarded vendor, and highlight any issues affecting progress for resolution.
• To provide support for implementation of detailed plans for physical relocation
• Logistical coordination and monthly update to branch heads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Logistics or Procurement or relevant field is preferred.
• Min 2 years of experience in website development and/or project management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Prior experience in designing multi-media or interactive media is preferred.
