Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely upstream claims to clients including variation order
- Update management of contractual status for any major issues with the project sites
- Update changes of project budget and ensure payment are verified to the subcontractor’s claim
- Prepare cash flow reports and rolling project claims status on a monthly basis.
- Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation costs claims
- Advise on equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claim with clients
- Compile reports to management on claims, disputes or conflicts and contractual non-compliance issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min15 years’ construction experience
- Experience in pre-post contractual stages
- Ability to analyze financial records and prepare financial reports
- Experience in manging budgets and understand of construction materials & pricing
