Responsibilities
- To work as Process Lead for Oil & Gas Projects and guide a team of 10 to 15 Process
- Engineers to finish the Process design (start from Basic design to Detail Design) of the project.
- Guide Engineers and Designers to execute the Process Engineering of the Project which
- includes PFD, P&ID, MSD, PSD, HAZOP, Pump Head Calculation, Line sizing calculation,
- Heat & Material Balance, SIL Study, Process Line List, Surge Analysis, Process data
- sheets for Equipment’s and Instruments, Heat Transfer Calculation, Instrument Sizing calculation, Process design calculation and reports, vendor document review, MAHM
- Reports, HAZID, ALARP, Performance Standards
- Attend meeting and co-ordinate with client and other discipline and vendors for regular update of the project and clarifications
- Work closely with project Team and BDD for Tender works in preparing technical proposal for submission to client and to lead the technical discussion with client for Tender clarification
- Implement HSE objectives, policy and company HSE procedures within his authority limit.
- To integrate Risk-based thinking and HSE considerations into business decisions, plans and operations with the commitment to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects, and risks.
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that
- HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce
- HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
- Any other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably to 15 years in Oil & Gas industry
