Responsibility:
- Assist in all project development work in respect of technical design and process design; other engineering-related activities as and when required. Especially on the civil & structural related activities and work – like topographical, soil investigation, structural design, racking design confirmation & coordination.
- Coordinates activities related to facility/property management, work safety and security, fire safety and industrial engineering for logistics planning when required
- Prepare and manage project development costing & documentation
- Monitor work results against objectives and directs measures to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Liaises closely with other department, especially operations, procurement, and quality.
- Conduct regular inspection on racking, & structural design to support professional engineer.
- Ensure compliance with all related building & statutory codes requirement.
Knowledge of Green Mark Platinum and LEED Platinum requirement and sustainability for our building, and maintaining the status
Knowledge of ISO management system and EHS system for facilities
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in project development.
- Familiar with government agencies and building approval permits and process
- Familiar with construction details.
- Possess analytical aptitude, good knowledge and experience in civil engineering consultancy & design management.
- Plan and execute construction optimization plans using software in our regional presence in APAC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
