Position title: Senior Accountant
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm
Location: Woodlands Square
Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (depends experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of account books of limited risk distributors including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, handle rental and intercompany billings, processing and approving staff claims, submission of GST, monthly closing, perform bank reconciliation, drafting of financial statements and all other related matters.
- Effective maintenance and timely submission of weekly cashflow report, balance sheet schedule and other reports.
- Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
- Manage accounting, audit and tax related issues.
- To undertake other related jobs from time to time directed by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting and equivalent professional qualification eg: ACCA.
- Candidate with at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and conversant with SAP is an added advantage.
