Position: Collibra Data Developer, Data Quality

Responsibilities:
- Act as an integral member of the Data & AI team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data on our client's proprietary cloud-native Data & AI platform.
- Develop and maintain data quality modules to establish automated tracking and pre-emptive alerting mechanisms, aligning with governance principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procedures and rules for data validation and quality metrics, fostering a culture of data excellence.
- Formulate and execute plans to enhance data quality, identifying the root causes of errors and discrepancies and proposing effective solutions.
- Create Data Quality health reports for stakeholders, providing a transparent view of data reliability across the entire platform.
- Implement best practices in software development, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, to accelerate delivery, break down cultural barriers, and advocate for automation tools driving build and test processes.
- Document work and new procedures comprehensively, ensuring colleagues can interpret and replicate the work seamlessly.
- Deliver consistently accurate, high-quality work, communicating findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Collibra Data Quality tool and Databricks.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in data and database management, with proficiency in data wrangling, analytics, and transformation using Python and SQL.
- Exhibit proficiency in visual storytelling through data visualization techniques.
- Experience in implementing data projects or change management is considered an advantageous asset.
- Possess a CFA Level 1-3 certification or a solid understanding of asset management, providing an added advantage.
- Asset Management experience is beneficial for comprehending and recommending the necessary data quality rules and remediation plans to stakeholders.
