Pastoral/ Ministry Staff (Chinese Congregation)
The incumbent is responsible for being a spiritual leader of the Christian faith. His duties include preaching sermons to their congregation, organizing outreach activities and church events and meeting with members of their congregation to help them strengthen their faith or overcome significant life changes.
a. Have pastoral heart to serve and minister to young adults
b. Good Interpersonal Skills
c. Able to work on weekends and occasional evenings/ nights
d. Able to evangelize to the community: Singaporean, foreign students and workers
e. Able to provide home visitation and other pastoral care
f. Work with admin team to maintain of church members record and other administrative support
g. Support and guidance of various Church Ministries
h. Computer literate
i. Bilingual communication skill: Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable in English
j. Graduate in a recognize school for Theology studies
