Responsibilities:
- Understanding and mitigating key elements of the Group's risk profile.
- Leading an accounting and treasury team to provide monthly financial and management reports.
- Managing the financial accounts of all investments in Greater China to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, local regulatory requirements, and adherence to Group policies and procedures.
- Arranging debt and equity financing, and maintaining strong banking and investor relationships.
- Initiating and monitoring the implementation of internal control and business process improvements, while maintaining relationships with external auditors and investigating their findings.
- Providing support to executives and the investment committee on the financial implications of key decisions.
- Participating in ad hoc projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- A proven track record in the Financial Services sector, having held positions such as CFO, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller, with specific experience in Investment Management and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and practices related to risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Substantial exposure to methods involving data analysis and forecasting.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
