FD is currently looking to recruit a System Support Executive to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for supporting our clients using Big Data technologies. You will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate is an astute technical problem solver curious by nature, has a keen concern for the satisfaction of customers, and is enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore new technologies. We will provide the training on both system and domain knowledge to enable you to be able to successfully service our clients in the region.
- Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or a related field with strong foundations in algorithms and data structure with 1-3 years experience
- Experience in supporting and optimizing data pipelines with using Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Flink)
- Strong application management /development (L2) skills in Cloudera, Python, Unix ControlM
- Team player with good communication and problem solving skills prior
