Responsibilities:
- Data collection, documentation handling & tender evaluations
- Preparation of quotations, tender submissions & contract analysis
- Bill of Quantities preparation & cost estimation
- Supporting in quantity measurement & ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering, and security system industry (or M&E works tendering process)
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD software
