Key duties and responsibilities
- Sales of industrial products.
- Achieve defined sales targets (monthly/yearly).
- Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
- Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
- Able to develop relationships at a strategic level.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
- Communicate internally for high level opportunity and work as a team to capture new market share and segment.
- Understand technical drawings is an added advantage.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong skills in communication and persuasion.
- Able to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, independent with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Class 3 driving license and preferably owned a car.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical background is an added advantage.
