Project Coordinator

Next Generation Provider Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Work with project engineers in project implementation and troubleshooting
  • Carry out site surveys and drawings
  • Assist with schedule management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Check and verify project claims
  • Plan meetings and organize project logistics
  • Any ad hoc duties as required


Requirements

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
  • (Specializing in Civil/ Engineering/ Construction/ Telecommunication would be an advantage)
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Experience in liaising with authorities for construction works
  • Literate in Microsoft office, BIM and Autocad would be an added advantage
