• Check all conference rooms in order including the chairs are arranged properly, TV is off
• Meeting rooms should be kept clean and tidy at all time. Clean off any fingerprints on the table and clear other items besides the phone only
• Top up papers at the photocopier machines
• Received guest and connect them with the appropriate party
• Answer calls & Assisting colleagues for room reservation
• Wet pantry should be also kept clean and tidy at all time, include fridge.
• Replenishment of pantry supplies
• Check & Tracking of stocks for stationary every month or if there is a new order. Try to avoid ordering of stationaries regularly unless if needed.
• Arrange printing of business cards
• Recording & filing of invoices
• Singtel invoices - download all invoices from Singtel portal, save and send to admin staff
• Issue Purchase Order for rental fee of office premises in system
• Travel agent will send email upon colleague’s travel ticket issued.
• For unapproved invoices, follow up with admin colleagues (for bosses) and rest of colleagues
• Filing & matching of consignment notes
• Keep all the warranty cards (new item purchased) in the folder
