Project Manager (Campaigns)

12 months Fixed-term contract

As a Project Manager (Campaigns) supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, this role will be great for you if - you are an exceptional Project Manager with digital media experience. You will be responsible for supporting campaigns that promote our client's products in APAC. You will also project manage campaigns, represent APAC in meetings, support marketers in launching their campaigns, and train and share best practices with APAC marketers. You will also be able to support strategic initiatives, such as user sentiment measurement. 

Role: 

  • Help define the APAC Marketing campaign plan and targets for the cross-functional teams and their objectives.
  • Define the strategy for APAC: set yearly and quarterly targets based on the action plan and assess the performance while also providing training to the wider team.
  • Support campaign communication such as launch updates, post-launch performance reports and campaign learnings between internal (cross-functional client departments) and external stakeholders (agency partners)
  • For select complex campaigns run both on Owned Media and Paid Media, monitor progress across teams and track action items.

You:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital, marketing agencies or technology companies as a project manager, digital project manager or marketing manager
  • A good understanding of owned and operated marketing channels and paid media marketing channels
  • Able to manipulate data and work with pivot tables in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent at developing presentations
  • Experience working with media agencies and partners to set up and manage campaigns
  • Attention to detail, proactive, independent thinker and good team player
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated, and energetic self-starter.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC and EMEA when needed.
