Procurement Coordinator

    • Maintain appropriate filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.
    • Ensure accurate data entry of pricing/description into the system.
    • PO processing & Issuance, Purchase Requisition, Review Open POs, back-end documentation.
    • Sourcing and negotiation for common G/L, MRO items/Tools.
    • Work closely with operations and warehouse team in logistics coordination.
    • Handle order fulfilment and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
    • Updating of Incoming Permit on Logistics.
    • Track and record orders - freight + supply chain to ensure timely supplies fulfillment.
    • Warehouse & Inventory:
      • Working closely with warehouse team to ensure good flow of inventory + storage space
      • Participate Monthly Stock Take
    • Any other adhoc duties as assign by HOD/ supervisor
  • Diploma or above in procurement/ logistics and min 1-2 years relevant/ hands-on experience in procurement/ logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and also able to work independently
  • Must be meticulous and possess sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work under pressure
