- Maintain appropriate filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry of pricing/description into the system.
- PO processing & Issuance, Purchase Requisition, Review Open POs, back-end documentation.
- Sourcing and negotiation for common G/L, MRO items/Tools.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse team in logistics coordination.
- Handle order fulfilment and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Updating of Incoming Permit on Logistics.
- Track and record orders - freight + supply chain to ensure timely supplies fulfillment.
- Warehouse & Inventory:
- Working closely with warehouse team to ensure good flow of inventory + storage space
- Participate Monthly Stock Take
- Any other adhoc duties as assign by HOD/ supervisor
- Diploma or above in procurement/ logistics and min 1-2 years relevant/ hands-on experience in procurement/ logistics
- Proficient in MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and also able to work independently
- Must be meticulous and possess sense of urgency
- Must be able to work under pressure
