- Perform inspection, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct testing and adjustment of equipment to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports to document work performed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, continuously improving technical knowledge and skills.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices as required.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to complete service
- Adhere to company guidelines for quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
- Display professionalism and positive attitude in all aspects of work.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar service engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
- Valid driver's license.
