As an Apprentice, Marketing Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting our marketing team in various aspects of marketing and promotional activities. You will be responsible for producing and deploying social media and digital content, executing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with media and other partners to enhance our brand's visibility. Additionally, you will be involved in managing on-site marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and Deploy Social Media and Digital Content:
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and post content on social media channels.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Execute EDM Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create email marketing campaigns.
- Manage email lists and segment them for targeted outreach.
- Schedule and send promotional emails.
- Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Engage, Onboard, and Monitor Media and Other Partners:
- Identify potential media and promotional partners.
- Develop relationships with partners and coordinate joint promotional activities.
- Monitor partner performance and report on key metrics.
- Ensure partners adhere to branding and messaging guidelines.
Provide and Manage Onsite Marketing Activities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of onsite marketing events and activities.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and ensure materials are prepared.
- Collect and analyse data from onsite activities to measure their effectiveness.
