Position : Assistant Manager – TCM Branch/DGHO
Contract period – Est 19 Feb 24 (1 year)
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm (with one hour lunch break)
Purpose of Request/Job scope :
1) Provide secretariat support for working committees:
2) e.g. note taking, arranging for meetings, liaising with committee members and ensuring timelines are kept etc
3) Assist in stakeholders’ engagement (local and overseas)
4) Grants, procurement and finance administrative matters
- Health Management Training Programme (HMTP)
- Under POC with National Administration of TCM, China (NATCM)
- Administrative support to ITQ process for vendors’ bid to conduct 2 runs of HMTP in CY2024
- Collation and evaluation of vendors’ bids during ITQ
- TCM Research Grant (TCMRG)
- Checking of TCMRG awarded projects’ financial year quarterly claims against approved budget in issued LOA, and processing of claims for reimbursement
- Tracking of TCMRG utilisation
- Administration preparation for TCMRG 6th Grant Call launch
- TCM Development Grant (TCMDG)
- Check, collate and process TCMDG individual TCMPs’ claims application for attending CPE courses
- Process Letter of Acceptance, DCA forms and fund disbursement for awarded clinics and CPE providers under TCMDG
- TCM Clinical Training Programme (CTP)
- Schedule rotation of CTP trainees among participating TCM institutions
- Provide administrative support for the ongoing programme
- TCM branch finance matters
- Processing of non-invoices and e-invoices for upload to NFS for payment
- Tracking of TCM branch projects’ funding utilisation
Job Requirements (to input any required fields of study and mandatory skills)
• Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline. Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine will be advantageous. Salary hourly : S$17.00 per hour (Degree with no work experience).
• Effectively in written, reading and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
