Client is a leading private market platform and the largest asset holder in Europe seeking for a part-time HR Executive (on an ongoing contract basis).
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 6-month contract
Salary: up to $2,400 per month
Your new role
The HR Executive will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and all levels of employees. Area of coverage includes all entities in scope Asia and Middle East.
- Concur expenses checks and enquiries
- Upkeep employee master-data ensuring data integrity
- Usage of systems like SAP, Concur and SuccessFactor
What you'll need to succeed
- Min Diploma in HR, Business or relevant fields and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Pro-active, willing to learn, long-term commitment and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently but also as a team player in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and a strong sense of accuracy.
