Creative Hearts is a music and performing arts school, located at River Valley and Pandan Valley. We place a firm emphasis on sparking creativity and promoting joyful learning especially for the early years. Our aim is to provide a nurturing, safe haven for children as they embark on their first exciting journey into the vibrant world of music and performing arts.
We're looking for a motivated, responsible and organized music school manager to run and grow our school and would love to hear from you if you have what it takes!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage operations, with a focus on our new River Valley branch
- Liaise with parents, teachers, partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement new SOPs
- Drive new enrollment through open houses, sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage recruitment and staff performance and welfare
- Ensure excellent customer service from all staff and teachers
- Teach lessons (must be able to teach one or more of the following programmes: Music & Movement, Vocals, Piano or Musical Theatre)
- Write lesson plans and develop curriculum aligned with our vision and mission
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Engaging likeable personality, friendly disposition
- Ability to interact with our expat clientele at our River Valley branch
- Fluent in English, eloquent and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, meticulous and organised
- Responsible and pro-active
- Growth Mindset
- Diploma or Degree in Music or Performing Arts (advantageous)
- Be able to work on Sunday (and preferrably Saturday as well)
